Refer-A-Friend Referral Program

Word-of-mouth referrals are the greatest compliment our office can receive from our patients. To show our appreciation for referring our office, we have implemented a Refer-A-Friend Program. 

1. When a friend you refer to our office starts orthodontic treatment or Invisalign, we will send you a $100 Amazon gift card as a thank you. 
2. Your friend will receive $100 credit towards orthodontic or Invisalign treatment at Erhart Orthodontics. 
3. Immediate family members or anyone else eligible for a family courtesy discount is not eligible for referral gifts. 
4. In order to ensure proper credit is given, remind your friend to mention your full name at the initial examination appointment. 
5. Past referrals are not eligible for this promotion. 
6. Promotion starts March 15, 2019 (meaning the initial examination occurs on March 15, 2019 or later). 
7. Promotion may end at any time without notice.
