Coronavirus Update

5/18/2020

We will be ready to welcome you back soon! We are preparing the office and putting the finishing touches on everything to ensure everyone's health and safety and will be able to see your smiling faces soon! The office might look a little different when you come in for your next appointment, but we’re so excited to welcome you all back! We’re not quite ready to schedule yet, but we wanted to let you know what to expect for your upcoming appointments:

  • First and foremost, please brush REALLY, REALLY well before your appointment with us. Our brushing station is closed and we need everyone to brush the best they ever have before they come in!
  • We are adjusting our schedule in order to allow for social distancing. This might mean you have fewer options for available appointment times.
  • We will do screenings and temperature checks on all patients and team members.
  • We’ll ask every patient to use hand sanitizer or wash their hands at the office before their appointments.
  • We’ll ask everyone entering the office to wear face coverings. If you do not have one, let us know!
  • We’ll ask that only the patient come into the office for the appointment.
  • We’ll be wearing additional PPE (glasses, shields and gowns) during appointments.
  • We’ve installed plexiglass at the front desk.
  • We’ve updated our HVAC to include two iWave air purification systems and dynamic filters.
  • We will continue to utilize strict infection control in clinical areas just as we always have.
  • We will also sanitize common areas and commonly touched surfaces several times daily.

Our priority is everyone’s health and safety, just as it always has been. We will be in touch very soon to schedule appointments. Please understand that we have a lot of catching up to do and we will reach out to you as soon as we possibly can to reschedule. Thanks in advance for your patience during this difficult time! We appreciate all the well wishes we’ve received from everyone and we send the same wishes to all of you as well! We can’t wait to see you all again!
